I am in the process of switching my Broadband provider & need to obtain a MAC Code.  Unfortunately having telephoned all Geographical or Free Phone numbers already on here for Virgin Media, no one can help me.  This is due to them saying I'm 'An off net customer' as this service is being provided through my BT phone line.

The number I have been told to ring is 0870 013 0375 so does anyone know of any other number for this, please!
