I have tried to find London Life though BT and even tried the parent company called Pearl but the printed number for London Life says number no longer used and gives  0870 899 9977 as altenative and the number given in SAYNOTO0870 just thows you out :'(

Thanks for number but the use of number quoted ,I did try this but it would not let me past the first hurdle of not having an extension number.
Any other ideas

What are you looking for? you do not give us many clues. If you are looking for customer services for example or the switch board, have a look on the database.

As sherbert says, please provide basic information as suggested in the instructions. An 0845 number, does allow us to list it when a suitable alternative is found, but usually means very little.

However, it would appear that you are referring to the company for which CJT-80 has provided a web link for. This company has been discussed before, so I have joined the thread to the existing one for it.

There are several entries in the database under phoenix group which may have suitable alternatives. It's a case of suck it and see. Then report back here so I can list the alternative you find works.

Also, please can you let us know what the 0845 number is for? It's home insurance, but is it customer services, renewals or claims (or something else)?
