As some of you may be aware, Sky's new broadband service comes with free McAfee Internet Security for a year...

Having had a problem with this I contacted Sky, who, try as they might couldn't rectify the fault & told me to contact McAfee's Technical help direct (at a £1/min - I don't think so...)

Does anyone have a geographical number for McAfee Tchnical help?

I presume you've exhausted all the options on their website - http://ts.mcafeehelp.com/ - they even have a live chat..

I notice though that all the locations you can specify that I have checked have a free phone call-back option .. except the UK which has an 09 number. Maybe one of those could be coerced into dialing a UK number? (or grab yourself a foreign voip ddi number!) They are closed at the moment unfortunately.

The number for McAfee (from 192.com) is 01753 217 500. One presumes that is a switchboard and you could ask them to put you through to support. Let us know if it works please.

Infact, scrap that - according to http://www.mcafee.com/uk/about/contact/uk.html, 020 7949 0107 is the number for customer support in the UK. Try that one and let us know how you get on please :).
