One of my clients got a letter from Wiseman Debt Collections 0870 0240423

However on the letter there is no address, but in the footer they are linked to Provident Personal Credit Ltd - still no address.

From your fantastic database I found  Provident Personal Credit 0800 2182720

I called this number and they confirmed that Wiseman do operate from the following address:

Colonnade
Customer Relations
Sunbridge Rd
Bradford
West Yorkshire
BD1 2LQ

Calling the above number gives you a switchboard, but to progress to Wiseman they appear to have very tight security process!!

Anyone know of a direct number to Wiseman?

No info yet, but looks like they are definitely part of provident, whom look very expensive but can be argued with... [1] [2]

where they say:

Wiseman's address is the same as Provident as they are the inhouse debt collectors, its Colonnade, Sunbridge Road, Bradford, BD1 2LQ (which the switchboard also confirmed to you when you called)

Can you not use one of the ploys to get beyond the 0800 switchboard, such as saying that you are calling from abroad, your switchboard cannot connect 0870 numbers, etc.  Remember to prefix the 0800 number with 141.

Hi Call the number and as soon as they answer hang up then press 1471 in some cases this gives out the number as sometimes they have private individual lines, hope this helps.

1471 will only give you the number that last called you, not the number that you have just called.
