Is it just me? or have A & L removed ALL their geographic numbers? even the ones listed here have been dis-abled by them in favour of 0870 ones!!!! so much for free busness banking!!! 10 mins in a queue gets damn costly on a mobile!!!

It is ok for some customers to visit the branch if they have the time and the means to get there. And of course by the time you have travelled t othe branch and paid parkings etc it can become costly in both time and parkeing costs

Visiting the branch is not always a convenient option
