Perhaps the helpline is outsourced to a third party call centre company somewhere.  :-/

Even when I ring the 0845 Helpline they are only open 2 hours a day keeps saying they are on a call.

Another moneymaking selfserving Charity I suspect with the Directors driving fast cars and living in big houses:)

If you Google the SE1 0EE postcode you get various organisations at 32-36 Loman Street which deal with alcohol/drug abuse and they have geographic numbers. They also have a library at this address which Witness Against Abuse also claim to have.

It is quite likely that these organisations are related, or are in fact the same run by the same people.  Try some of the geog numbers quoted.
