I am looking for the geographic number for this organisation. Their address is: PO Box 609, Newport, NP10 8QD. They are an agency employed by the Govt to administer VAT refunds for work on churches & listed buildings. Their website is at: www.LPWScheme.org.uk and their listed phone number is 0845 601 5945. I need to deal with them periodically to reclaim VAT for work on our church. I have one fax number for them which is: 01633 652 346. I would like to find the geographic number of their call centre. Any ideas?

Yes, it would appear that this has been outsourced to a company called Liberata. Their head office is in London, and the number for that is 020 7378 3700. You can try ringing them and asking to be put through. Use 141 and say that you cannot dial non-geographic numbers. You could also see if they will get you an alternative number.

A Google of "01633 652" shows quite a few numbers in that range that are connected to government services.

01633 652200 says "Thank you for calling Liberata, the reception is now closed..."

The number we are looking for will probably be 01633 652xxx. You could try asking reception to put you through.
