I notice that they have now switched their main customer service number from using a 0871 (10p a minute number). but only charged at 5p if one of of their existing customers rang it from a landline,to a 5p a minute 0844 Number.

Probaly because of the amount of stick they got from changing it from a normal geographic number in the first place. :)
