Having done a search for an alternative to the Dogs Trust Neutering Hotline (0845 6063036) and found that it returned nothing I wondered if anyone can help please? I have tried the London HQ number, (020 7837 0006) but the switchboard operator there just tells me to try the 0845 number for the neutering hotline and can offer no alternative.

Any ideas please folks? Thank you!
