Hi there.

I have had a good hunt for alternate number for the above but with no success.

Tru-Diamonds, P O Box 58 Porth, Wales, CF39 8WZ

I also found this on the Advertising Standards:-

It would be useful to include the non-geographic number. In this case, it is 0870 010 3111.

Have you tried contacting them by email? You could try asking them if they have an alternative number as you can't ring their NGN.
