These numbers have been sent to me by Thomson re. my Freeview PVR. Talking to them could take a while so I would be glad of Geographical numbers.

0870 054 3210
0870 243 5000
0870 850 3046

Well, don't know where you got those numbers from, but browsing the Thomson website (www.thomson.net) reveals that their customer services number for freeview receivers is 01788 541 970 (http://www.thomson.net/EN/Home/MiniSites/BAP/Terrestrial/United+Kingdom.htm).

Please try it and let us know how you get on.

Thank you for that. The number you found is indeed the one given in the Instruction Book. I have called it many times. The people on that number have not solved my problem. The numbers I posted came from Thomson after I sent an e-mail via their web-site asking for more help.

How odd. Wonder why they can't help you on the normal number...

Well, I've done some Googling and here is what I've found out...

0870 054 3210 is the number for Top Up TV apparently... can't see how that would help(!)
0870 243 5000 is the number for Sky TV customer services (also apparently...)
0870 850 3046 is unrecognised on Google.

I don't understand why they have given you numbers for numbers for Top Up TV and Sky - I doubt they will be able to help! You will probably have to email Thomson back and ask them why they have given you these numbers.
