Possibly because no further details have been given...? Unfortunately, my crystal ball is broken at the moment...

One thing I will say is that I can't find anything to do with this number on the Ladbrokes website, so I don't think it is run by them. If you know otherwise, please post the details here,

Their website has an online commentary section. Why not try using that?

If you still want to ring them, ring customer services to ask if there is an alternative. Their customer services number is on the website (either 0800 or 020).

Don't know the Ladbrokes alternative.  Why not use the William Hill alternative number, which is 020 1104 4401.  Try it - works just fine.
