MSC Cruises introduces freephone number for agents

New toll free numbers for agents in the UK and Ireland making bookings with MSC Cruises have been installed.

The number for UK agents is 0844 561 1955 while the number for those in Ireland is 1800 932 499.

UK and Ireland managing director Claudia Baino said: "MSC Cruises is committed to ensuring that agents have access to the highest quality of support from us in order that they can provide fantastic service to their clients.  

"The new toll free numbers make reservations simple and free for all travel agents in the UK and Ireland, a market which we consider to be vital to our growth."

You can try submitting a correction on Travelmole - but I bet they won't publish it. A similar case came to light a few weeks ago when another travel company made the same fraudulent claim about 0844. Despite two follow-up e-mails Travelmole refused to publish a correction or comment
