Can anyone provide an alternative to 0845 3304256 ? The local newspaper publishes alternative numbers and acknowledges saynoto0870. I can't find an alternative to this one.

Can I suggest that you talk to them & get more information because with the lack of info you've given us, we can't get anywhere fast ! :-/
