Thats the customer relation number. The number I am looking for is the web team. They implemented a new website (http://www.nationalexpresseastcoast.com), taken over from GNER. People are having problem with the site and are charged for using 08457 225 111 if they need support.

Following National Express East Coast's recent handing back of the East Coast main line franchise, the numbers we had listed are now unobtainable so I have removed them:
