The numbers in the database do not work, the 0800 0834583 gives the message “you have dialled an incorrect number, please check the number and redial”
0121 6225696 does not ring, using VOIP.

However I have found some others;-
0800 0515906 this is supposed to be CS but seems to be continually busy.
0121 6225147 is a fax machine
0121 6225630, just keeps ringing
0121 6227308, actually gets you straight through to a human being, who can transfer you to where you need to be.

The Gateway Telecom website gives the contact number 0845 456 1092. Where is the 0845 number you quote from? Can the number on the website also be added to the entry in the database?

The 0845 4560367 is in the database under unverified when searching for gateway telecom.

Don't know about the 0845 on the website as I have not tried it, but would assume that is their number, so would be correct!

I've moved the entry to the verified listings and added the 0845 number that I mentioned above, which is shown on the website.

Dave, the only geo number that I got to answer was 0121 6227308, the one you have put in;- 0121 6225696, did not ring/answer,unless you have tried it and it does answer!

I have just tried 6225696 and it says that it does not receive incoming calls. I have amended the entry with 6227308.

The number in the database, 0121 6227308, comes back as "number invalid" anyone got a new one? Last number I was given was 0844 8154863.

I don't know if these are any good, they were listed on the www.192.com web site

I now have the geo number for Gateway Telecom.

Non geo; - 0845 4561092
Geo number; - 0121 5239211
This does work, I have just spoken to them using it.
