According to 192.com, either 01923 232 357 or 0800 097 3651 should get you in contact with MSols / Mobile Rainbow.

Please let us know how you get on with those numbers (they can be added as alternatives if they work).

If you are having problems contacting them (a Google of "Msols+01923" reveals many forum posts regarding them) then you should call Trading Standards to get them to investigate it. Could the warehouse not reveal a geographic or transfer you?

Another number to try - 01923 800000.

Reading through some forum posts, this seems to be a complete scam to me and that they haven't paid anyone their cash back money.

Could she not provide you with a number to contact them on?

Like I said, it seems they are a complete scam and you should report them to Trading Standards. Maybe a call to BBC Watchdog wouldn't go amiss either...

In all fairness, that seems to be the only way that you will get any money of them, and hopefully get this scam shut down.
