A query.   Last week, I remember starting a topic & posting a message giving an alternative to the 0870 no given for magazine gift subscriptions for W H Smith which also covered their customer services and asking that the number be placed in the database as I had verified it by calling it.   Checking now to see if there had been any response, I can no longer find the message, a search reveals no matches for W H Smith and the no I posted has not been added to the database.  I was wondering what had happened?   For information, the no I was given by W H Smith following my email request and which is answered "W H Smith Customer Services" is: 01793 695195 which should be added to the database.   Thank you.
