Say no to 0870 lists 01614958945 for Car Insurance Services. When dialled you are connected to Internet services who have no access to the Car Insurance Data Base. Having persuaded the answerer to connect me internally, I get to the Car Insurance services -Sorry Computer is Down. Please call back later. I ask for the NON 0870 number and am assured that there is only the 0870 5332211. 0800 numbers are for claims only. Disappointed in AA

Perhaps you can ask the person who answers your call on the "Internet Services" number what the outside number is of the number they transfer you to.
