I just answered my phone to find no one there....not that unusual however when I dialled 0471 to see who had called the message was" telephone number 000000000000 , I'm not sure how many 0s as I lost count ,
called today at 20.32!!"
How do you get a number that consists only of 0s

It will most likely be someone spoofing their Caller ID. I would ignore it.

How would you do that ? It could be a useful ploy at times.

I think you might find that if you make a Skype call to a 'normal' number, the caller ID shows as a string of zeroes.
