If you mean "do we have an alternative to 084/087 call abroad numbers", the answer is always no. These are legitimate numbers for these services.

If you mean "can we recommend a supplier that provides 01/02 access numbers for call abroad", the answer is possibly. Read the other threads on call providers and see what they offer. I cannot personally recommend any as I don't use them.

Their is only one supplier that offers a geo access number and it does not connect to Bangladesh.
The likelihood is the OP is looking for an 07 access number,and all networks now charge to call them.

No, not all international dial through numbers have an underlying geographic. Most of them will use VoIP to keep their prices down, and this will offer no alternative number. The number you cite was specifically set up by one company to provide free calls to certain countries - it is a one-off example. There are other providers that do the same, but you will need to buy credits or top up an account before you can use the geographic number.

Just what is the point of 6 or 8 posts on multiple threads, all asking the same question, even after people have said it is not possible?

Make an arrangement that costs a couple of pence a minute or so, which isn't difficult to find for someone who's already done as much research as you have

There is one provider, discussed on another thread, with some international calls possible at no further cost, but not the destination you are asking about, as you seem to have already discovered.

A landline number was published on another forum a couple of days ago, first edited out and then the whole thread removed. This is because it turned out it was a fraudulent call diversion on an extension of a large company that has nothing whatsoever to do with providing cheap phone calls. In other words, using it would be like theft.

Some international destinations are more expensive than others, and there isn't a way out of this. As already suggested, if you accept that you will pay a penny  or two a minute on top of your inclusive minutes, you'll be able to find plenty of services. Or look into using VoIP at both ends

A quick look for the cheapest way I can find is via www.voipwise.com - 1.5p/minute.  on a pre-pay credit basis.  you don't need a voip setup to make the calls, you can use 0115 818 0070 - AFTER you have set up an account and registered the mobile number you will be calling from.
