A company named "Talk Audio" apparently is based at that address. Their number is 020 8586 6655. Please let us know if it works.

If they don't do it, why are they based at the same address? What happened when you rang?

As Dave said, this Uni Package thing is provided by Talk Audio. So you need to ring them on the number I gave you (the 020 one) and demand to speak to them about it.

I did ring them several times.
But the answer is sorry we have no connection with unipackage. |

It appears that they are a complete scam. Google "Unipackage" and it appears they were set up only a few months before Christmas, and have been scamming loads of people. Ring Trading Standards and speak to your bank (if you paid by card).
Oh, something else to add to this - it seems that their website has disappeared... strangely it was working fine this morning... |

Yes, I can imagine a shop in the middle of a residential area... courtesy of Google Maps.
Anyway, as I said, contact Trading Standards and your bank. I suspect Talk Audio are lying but I don't think there is much you can do. |
