Hello all

I am trying to get in touch with my Internet service provider at University (in Birmingham) but the only contact details they have is an 0845 number listed on their website. The problem I'm currently having with them is that they are making me pay more than £20 a month for supposed 4mb broadband, though it is really slow and speed tests online only say that my internet is going at <1mb!! Thus, I was just wondering whether anyone can help me to convert this number into a geographical one please?:
