I just tried to look up the alternative number for this company and found no match. This company has now taken over Lloyds TSB Registrars. I then decided to look up Lloyds TSB registrars to see whether the phone numbers had remained the same and found that the first entry was Equinity Lloyds TSb  .. I think there is something faulty in the recognition system. I still think that the old alphabetical system you had was much better than the present one.

That's because the company is called Equiniti rather than Equinity.

As for the alphabetical search, there is no need specifically for that. You only need enter a minimum of two letters which appear in the name and it will come up with results which you can look down in alphabetical order.

So you can put in eq or equin etc etc.

Yes I realise that I had the wrong spelling  but in fact what I did was search for Equiniti Ltd and that seems to have been the problem. Thanks for the tip in getting the list.
