Hi

I'm looking for a geographical number for Evengreener (which is related to Blackwalls, and they're both part of Straight plc) instead of 0845 658 8866. The only address I've been able to find is that of Straight Plc:
No 1 Whitehall Riverside
Leeds
LS2 7LY

I'm trying to get through to customer services. I've tried calling Straight Plc (0113 245 2244), but they only deal with trade, not individual consumers, and will only give out the 0845 number.

This Google cache of evengreener.com reveals the number 0113 201 8000. Please give that a go and let us know how you get on.

If you search our database for blackwall it will bring up all entries we have for this company. They (Blackwall) sell composting bins for councils.

The numbers given are 0113 2018000 and 0113 2018024, which are both not recognised. Other 0113 20180xx numbers are also not recognised.

Blackwall - 0800 3164454 and 0800 1073798

Also given is the Straight number 0113 2452244.

They have recently moved office, so it might explain why their DDI numbers have changed, although it seems that their main phone and fax are as before:

Try the freephone numbers: 0800 3164454 and 0800 1073798

Found this page which gives 0113 3868601. If you call 0113 3868600 you are given a menu to select for business or private customers and then you get the respective menu for that type of customer.

Dave sorry to resurect this thread, as part of my tidying up of the SNT0870 Database I stumbled accross an entry for Southern Water which included a Straight PLC entry and a link to Blackwall.
