Does anyone have a geographic or freephone number for Mastercare Photographic (0870 9090559) please. The Coverplan was taken out in a Dixons store before they re-branded to Currys Digital.

Thanks but I had already looked sat the Mastercare thread and it doesn't seem to help as my particular 0870 number is not mentioned and I have no idea which repair centre this number refers to.

Well, I don't know anything about Mastercare, but presumably you can just ring the Mastercare centre closest to you and they should be able to help you.

i used to work for coverplan in and the number that you have to ring for camcorders is that 0870 BUT there are alternative numbers i just dont have them anymore ....... the 0870 puts u thru to the digital repair centre?? best option is ring coverplan customer service 0870 600 1550 i think it is ???? and get them to do the ringing around for you ! i used to do it for customers .... that way you dont have to keep ringing the 0870's . If you get a good advisor then they should do it for you.... be insistent.  sorry cant help more.

Lozza, do you have (can you remember) any numbers for DSG? I presume you worked at the office at Nunnery Square, Sheffield.

The address given for Mastercare on the other thread is a Hemel Hempstead one. Is that where they deal with Mastercare?

i did work at nunnery square.... i just cant remember any numbers..... the main mastercare one is 08701 541 541 i think ? but that is not for camcorder repairs? have u tried the customer service at nunnery square?? hemel hempstead if the headoffice for dsg. they dont have owt to do with repairs etc......? just out of interest what cover have u got> is it whatever happens? or the old style CP??  i mite be able to help in some way but its over a year since i left .....? i do remeber though how some of it works etc?? so let me know.. ps CP at nunnery should have access to mastercare repair site that they mite be able to look on if you want status update?? you could also try emailing CP customer services and again if u explain what u want they mite be able to give the relevant info?? dont let them fobb you off. be persistent.
