This branch isn't on the CPW website store finder. However, if you put carphone pavement chesterfield into Google, the first result gives a number:

Please can you provide some basic information as suggested in the instructions. For example, the address of this branch, 0870 number. The full address (including post code) should be on the Carphone Warehouse website.
