I recived a call todayin the moning from carphonewarehouse for upgrade and all kind of services including lost,prevent,how many mins left,how much i spend etc.

So could you please Add this number to carphonwarehouse list.

Have you tried to call back this number to see what it gives you? It is probably just an outbound calling number for a Carphone Warehouse call centre.
