Hi everyone - I'm new and allergic to the 0870 / 0845 culture.  You guys are doing a GREAT job here! Anyway ... have you ever waited in for a parcel delivery company for 3 days and then you HAVE TO go out for 30 minutes and the delivery arrives??!  Right!  Happened to me this afternoon - think the van waits round the corner until driver sees you leave  ;)  

The "logistics" company driver left the usual note ... couldn't deliver ... phone 0870 3430194.  The company are urbandrop  Googling them gives address: Unit E04   Tower Bridge Business Complex   Clements Road   London   SE16 4DG

Phoned them 6 times on the 0870 3430194, listened to the usual blurb and "they're all busy".  They say they'll phone you back and don't.  So I'll soon have paid for the delivery twice in premium-rate call charges! :'(  I may not be too good at searching this site - but I can't find any ref.  Can anyone help with a geog. number for them please? Think they are a new "enterprise"!

Thank you lompos.  Tried the number you suggest and got "the number you have dialled has not been recognised" message.  Guess they may have moved out of there.

Any other ideas would be welcome.
