I am trying to get through to Neff, to order a spare part but the switchboard will not
put me through as they say the only way to speak to them is to phone 08705 543210.

Anyone got another number.

From the database here on this site, the number that comes up for 08705 543210 is:-

01908 328600

The database also states:-

Switchboard - ask for Customer support or Spares;
Spares Fax: 01908 328650
also for 0870 2413381

Please try this number out, and please post back to let us all know how it goes.

Could you not try and use the website itself to order and get hold of the spare part that you want?

Just a thought, unless anyone else can come up with another number for you to try.

It would appear that their number is in the range of 01908 3286xx. My suggestion would be to try numbers after that (01, 02, 03 etc) and see if you can get anywhere.

Probably a good idea to (try and) keep track of what the numbers relate to. As I said, my suspicion (based on their switchboard and spares fax) is its in the range of 01 to 49 (possibly higher - but that's a good starting point). Please let us know if you have any luck locating the proper number.
