Bit of an odd international request. I am looking for a geographical number (in Spain) for Direct Line (called "Linea Directa" there). Ideally I would like the number of the English speaking department that deals with new quotes.

I have called Direct Line here and they given me a 902 number. The only other numbers I have found are also 902 numbers (Spanish equivalent of 0870's) that I cannot dial from the UK unless I dial through BT and then they work out even more expensive than calling normal Spanish landlines on BT.

Spanish NGN's start 90. Geographicals are 9 and then anything else (e.g. Madrid 91).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't help with direct line, but here are two other brokers that normally beat direct line quotes, mentioned many times in ex-pat forums.
