Please read the guide and post some more information please. At the very least, include the non-geographic number and their website.
I had a similar issue with Amazon, but the money got refunded automatically and then paid out correctly later (without my intervention). |

As per jgxenite's post - please give us a fighting chance. You could not have eluded to much else. In what way is this a "scam"?
Does this company have a website? What is the company's address? Where was this advertised? Why do we bother with instructions when people can't be bothered and expect others to do some basic spade in order to help the requestor???? ::) |

When you order the 'free' vista print cards, there is either a tick box or its in the terms and conditons which subscribes you to PTI Europe region a discount club allegedly, but I have had money removed from my account but have never received membership details or details of how I coudl save money. If you go on google and type in PTI Europe you get loads of chat, saying similar things with reference to Amazon, AOL, and Vista print. I spent twenty minutes on the phone cancelling my subscription, with a lady in a far country, but she said I had to ring the 0845 nuumber to get a refund

Well, it would appear that this "Adaptive Affinity" (the owners of VP rewards) is America-based. Their contact number in the US is 14026612000. Whether calling them there will shed any light on this, I don't know. I'd also ring VistaPrint on 0800 028 8251 and complain to them about it.
If all else fails, contact BBC Watchdog on 020 8535 1000. There is a thread running on this already at MoneySavingExpert.com - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=202892 |
