Hello All,

I have one of these IDT Prime pre-paid Mastercards which you can get, but the number for Customer Services is on 0870 number. Currently, they use: 0870-144-0280.

Does anyone have an 01 or 02, or other number for the company please, as it would be very much appreciated. The companies website can be found at... http://www.idtprime.com/.

Try ringing sales on 0800 458 7149 and asking to be transferred.

Just another small point - this company appears to be based outside of the UK so I'd be a tad concerned about dealing with them - they aren't covered by the same rules as the UK companies are.

A geographic switchboard number, 0207 549 6000, is provided on the IDT website http://www.idteurope.com/contact/contact.asp. Try to see if they will transfer you to customer services

Another option to try would be to call them in Gibraltar where they operate from. The number in Gibraltar is +350 79616 as shown here: http://www.idtfinance.com/contact_us.html

From the UK Gibraltar numbers can be called for 2p/min via various access numbers, see here:
