As I am new to this site i have just registered after trying to find and alternative number to ring for the child support agency.  I was given a number by the geographical link.  The number i was given was 01324 625758.  When I rang this number it did indeed connect me to the C.S.A. but I was told by the C.S.A. that because my case was an old case and not new i would therefore have to ring the number 08457136000 which I used to ring.  I found this to be absolutely ridiculous as the connection was with the 01324 number given connected me to this company in falkirk.  How can a company do this to people and in the long run we still have to ring the old number to get connected to them when we are old customers therefore the 01324 number given to me was useless unless you are a new customer to the C.S.A.  If anyone else has had this problem i would certainly like to share with them my view on this matter.  >:( >:( >:(
