Any ideas on the local phone number for Parcelforce depot in Poole?

They have just an awful automated answer phone set up on 08700844535 - which takes you around in never ending circles, with no option to speak to a normal human being. Appreciate any help. [smiley=cool.gif]

Just wondering - have you tried the head office number (020 7250 2888) as our database says they can connect you to depots?

0844 209 6135 (Opt.4)

Phone tree options: 1 - parcel tracking, 2 - arrange redelivery, 3 - pay customs charge, 4 - anything else. Option 4 takes you straight through to a HUMAN operator, the others are all automated.

Surely using the 01202 273000 number (which is in the unverified database but to which someone has added an "it works" comment) would be better?
