Here is another number for the hall of shame that the TV LICENSING is using the number 0870 850 1672 for customer services. If this is not on the list please add it. >:( >:( ;)

Title: Re: TV LICENSING Post by NGMsGhost on Apr 14th, 2008 at 10:45am There seem to be a large number of 0800 alternatives listed for their 0870s in the database. Admittedly not including this 0870 number though. However I am sure that one of the 0800s would get you the answer to your query. |

Thankyou for that help ngmsGhost. Im sure if I had seen the 0800 numbers first before I rang the TV LICENSING company I would have no doubt used it. I phoned the 0870 number from the tv license itself and saw no 0800 numbers on this but now have found the 0800 numbers thanks to this site.xxThankyou once again. Ditaz. :) ;)

It usually helps if you try inputting the 0870 into the Search to find an Alternative Number before making sweeping statements like this. I suggest that you give it a try to see what I mean & before you say you tried already, it's been in there for ages !! ::) |
Title: Re: TV LICENSING Post by NGMsGhost on Apr 17th, 2008 at 11:06am The problem is that its only listed in small print in the Other Information column. Hence why I didn't spot it easily when just doing a search for Tv Licensing and looking at the 0870 number column. You have to make things obvious to people - hence why I don't agree with you hiding the link to the Immigration and Passport Service callback service I added as just a word with a hidden link in it rather than making it obvious that it is an HTML website link. Your method is prettier but not as functional. # Offensive comments removed ~ DaveM |
