Abele View Ltd Residential Home Walton Pool, Clent, Stourbridge, West Midlands. Tel: 0870 224 8445.

This is the Head Office for a number of Residential homes in the area is used by elderly relatives ringing for various reasons connected to their loved ones who are being cared for by the various residential homes.

If anybody knows the 'normal' number for this Company please could they email me on dolphindreameruk@tesco.net

192.com returns 01562 886 045 and 01562 881 410. Please try these numbers and let us know how you get on.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I will try the numbers in the morning again. I have tried them now and one is a Fax number the other a voicemail, but most likely due to out of office hours.

I will of course let you know if these are successful or not.

If the number JGXENITE gave doesn't work try:

Abele View
Roman Road, Iverley, Stourbridge, DY7 6PP
Tel: 01384 390561 Fax: 01384 440900

Although this is not at the address you quoted it is still Stourbridge.

Note also that the code for Stourbridge is 01384 and the 01562 code is for Hagley, Worcestershire.

Thank you Lompos for the information. The details you gave are for the actual Residential home my Mother is living in, but I need to speak to the Head Office regarding a different matter, and I think it is dreadful that a Residential Care Home Company are using an '0870' number as their Head Office numbers.

Dear JGXENITE and Lompos thank you for your assistance with trying to track down the normal numbers for Abele View Head Office.

My apologies for not having reported back before now on whether they worked but I have been away.

The numbers that Lompos suggested were for Abele View home itself.

The numbers that JGXENITE suggested (01562 886045 fax) the other 01562 881410 is actually connected to some sort of voicemail extension and nobody has answered it.

If you have any other suggestions I would be most grateful.
