:( we.o.u.co.uk is the new rewards scheme for Texaco (Petrol Stations)

I want to get in touch with them to trace some missing rewards, can anybody help me with a standard telephone number please.

Googling the post codes HR9 9WA and HR9 7WA (both of which are mentioned on the Texaco We o u website) return lots of results connected to different companies for PO Box 33. So maybe the customer services is operated by a third party. :-/

I have emailed them to ask for a number, no response as yet, if it is a third party does that mean it will be bad news?

A search of the database reveals an unverified entry for this which says Dawleys operates the call centre. A check of the website reveals it to be correct:

Judging by a quick Google of the post code, it appears that address is just a kind of mail processing centre. The website is owned by Chevron (who own Texaco), and their contact number is 020 7719 3000. Try ringing them and see if they will put you through - if they won't, say that you don't wish to dial an 0870 number and would like an alternative.

As Dave suggests, it appears that their contact centre is run by Dawleys. Their contact number is 01989 768562 - see if they will transfer you to Texaco customer services.

Great result. Called Dawleys on 01989 768562, got through to reception. They were more then happy to transfer call through to we.o.u rewards. Gentleman answered my query straight away, did ask for a geographical number direct and he said I should call the 0870 number. However, I have also now had a response to my email request, whilst they did not give me a number they offered to call me back if I forwarded my contact details, which is excellent service. 10/10 for Texaco we.o.u rewards.

I have verified this number.

The scheme used to be called "We O U" and is now "Star Rewards".

A freephone number is provided on the Star Rewards website, so they have dumped the 0870.
