Morning.

Have had to call this number to claim my cashback on my laptop. The claims address is:

Toshiba Cashback Offer

Department Number FO00058

PO Box 106

Welshpool

SY21 7WW

However I have a feeling this is just a mail handling centre somewhere... or just a PO Box in a post office. Anyone have any other ideas?

Just to add, 192 and Google bring up nothing.

Actually, fear not, the girl I spoke to has conviniently emailed me the address of where the calls are being handled! Suprise suprise its in Milton Keynes. Right near Wales that... :P

Took a guess at the switchboard number being 01908 352 000. I was right. Asked for Toshiba and it appears Alison, who I spoke to, is the only person dealing with it! Either call reception or call the switchboard and asked to be put through. Probably better going to the switchboard as you get in the que, rather than the answerphone.

This thread was a bit pointles...

A thread is never pointless (unless it doesn't reveal any details...). However, you have managed to find an alternative number which is good. Have you entered it into the database?

Cool cool. Well, drop one of the admins (Dave, DaveM, bbb_uk) a message and ask them to confirm it - that's the quickest way to get it on the confirmed list :)

I've verified this entry with the direct number as the main alternative. The switchboard number is shown in the "Other Info" column.
