Just wondering if anyone can get an alt number for the Home Learning College.  I have a 0871 number for making payments and it's a nightmare as I only have my mobile.  My tutor's number is also a nightmare as it's 0844.  Help would be great.  Numbers are:

0871 244 2829 (for payments)
0844 892 1064 (for the tutor)

Can you provide some more information, as suggested in the instructions? Basically anything you know about the service. For example, an address, web address. If the payments 0871 number has a different address to the other one, then that would be useful. Information like this can be found on company's websites, and terms and conditions and literature you may have.

Do you know if tutors are all based at Beckenham address you've given? Do you meet tutors face to face or is it purely via the telephone?

This phone number may or may not be of any use. It's displayed alongside the registered office, rather than the Beckenham one, so may well be for the former.


Looking at http://www.afcpd.co.uk/ reveals a phone number for the Beckenham address: 020 8778 4949

Thanks for your "Sherlocking" Dave.  Problem is that I don't think the call centre I call to make payments is at the Beckenham addy as they never take payments and always give me another number.  The tutor isn't based in Beckenham and there is no face to face but on the bright side it seems I can email and as tutors are only available in work hours I can just email from work.

hmmm I dont noh!  It's a bit strange.  When you study through the HLC you usually do a quali called an ACITP so may be the ACPD have something to do with that.  I really couldn't say...The course is good though  :)

So looks to me like the tutors may have a connection ACPD. It identifies itself as "Association of Continuous Professional Development" and "Academy of Continuous Professional Development". Not sure why there's more than one name on its website.  :-/
