Virgin Charity line offers reduced price train fares for people working for charities.

The call charges mount up if you use a mobile for calls (like I do!)
I cannot find an address for it but the call centre is definitely in India
Any help with finding a cheaper number to call would be very welcome!

Do you have an address? Web address? Any other information such as fax number? If it's from a leaflet, are there any other clues?

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. All I have is this address which is where I once sent my tickets back to (below). But I dont think ticket sales (the 0845 number) and refund admin is done in the same place.

There is no fax number or anything on the one official document I have from my institution giving details of how charity line works. Only the 0845 number for buying tickets. I think our institution registers with Virgin trains and provides proof its a charity so we have our own access number and can use charity line via the telephone number. Thats all I know! Mysterious huh?
