Previously they were quoting a Spanish number I believe because the call centre was not in the UK. Perhaps this number forwards calls to Spain free of charge them but not the caller. ;)

My understanding is that this number is separate from the number that was quoted before (which I think someone also mentioned was a premium rate number there!)

No it was a Spanish 900 NTS number I believe. Of course some might say that is premium rate as 18185, 1899 etc will not carry calls to those numbers. ;)
