Anyone know a geographic # that works for Verrus? The number in the listing 01453 887714 doesn't seem to work.

Hi -- sure -- they're www.verrus.com

Don't know an address. They are the people who organise the pay by mobile phone parking in various places, including Westminster in London. There's only a POBox given on the website.

The official number is 0870 112 6412

01453 887714 is shown on the database - they've probably just changed the last couple of digits.

Googling the 0870 number reveals a page with a fax number, 01453 887297. This is very similar to the phone number, so is probably the right area.

If you just took the few seconds necessary to look at my first post, you'd see that I said that the number in the database 01453 887714 doesn't work. At least, it doesn't connect to Verrus. That's why I posted. Duh.

Thanks Dave. It could be that it's not working because of the bank holiday, I suppose. (Pretty amateur, if so.) Today it just announces the call is being diverted, and then another announcement saying "number not recognised".

I'll try again tomorrow.

Their actual address is:

PEACHES FARM
MINCHINHAMPTON
STROUD
GLOUCESTERSHIRE GL6 9BB

and the name of their CEO is Robin Bevan at the same address. His number is listed as 01453 887102
Suggest you try this number.

01453 887 714 is still unobtainable.

Apologies - my scan reading let me down again.

It seems they've changed the 'point to' number (probably as a result of the original being posted on here). It seems likely they have a range of 01453 887 numbers and so it may be trial and error now.
