This kind of number is generated from hub...........i e Orange has the same kind of facilities.
You can make your 2nd line as a 0845 number or 0203 number......

So there is basically nothing you can do about it..

I have orange 2nd line...That's why I know about it.

Sometimes when you ring, it says "Your account has been disabled. Please contact customer services." And sometimes it says "I'm sorry, the user you are calling is currently unavailable. Please call again later."

The prefix 020 3051 is allocated to Magrathea Telecommunications, so we can discount that this is a BT or cable number.

I think the message about the account being disabled says it all really. Perhaps they have been making nuisance calls.

Furthermore, the fact that sometimes it says the user is "unavailable" suggests to me that maybe it is a VoIP number, whereby the user must have their VoIP phone on and connected in order to receive calls. It's similar to having your mobile switched off.
