It rang my mobile but switched off before I could answer.

I do not wish to ring it because of mad network charges for 0845 numbers!

My suggestion would be to post on WhoCallsMe.com. Judging by similar numbers in that range, it might be the Royal Bank of Scotland or a similar bank trying to contact you.
