Hi,

I am looking for a geographic number for "Product delivery information for Currys, Currys digital, Dixons.co.uk and PC World." The only number I have is Dixons.co.uk 0870 850 6532 and this comes up with nothing on this site and Google.

I was transferred here by Pixmania.com who say, "The delivery will be made by Currys Home Delivery, a partner company of Pixmania"

Any help appreciated.

Have you tried looking on the database? There are loads of numbers there for Currys and PC World ::)

Thanks for the message. I tried the DIXONS (DSG Group) 01727 202120 number and got a totally perplexed call centre guy. they have not yet integrated the Pixmania.com order management processes into Dixons.co.uk.

Fortunately Pixmania have now automatically updated their order forecast on my order status web page from "all day" to a 2 hour slot.

Try looking on the database before making a request. The number you are looking for is there. ::)

sherbert,many thanks for your response, I can assure you I did search the database and the only number I could find (apart from an individual shop number) is 08000682868. This number yields nothing, each time I try all I get is an engaged tone. larmar

What about these ones...01727 202000 or 01727 202120 which ARE on the database :o

Click on 'Find alternative number' on the home page, which is situated towards the top of the screen. Then type in the company that you are looking for, where it says 'Enter company Name Here', then click on 'Search'.
