Hello ,

Kindly pardon me if I overlooked any information on the website. This is my first post.I tried to locate the equivalent of 0845 4542222.This number was given to me when I signed up for the non-cable Virgin media broadband (ADSL provided on BT landline). I tried to be routed to this department through other numbers given on saynoto0870.com but this couldnt work for me. Could anybody please help me to find out the geo equivalent of this number. :)

I use 0800 0522620, which is answered as Virgin Media, when they ask for your acc number, tell them that you need to be transferred to Virgin.net non cable Customer Services, this they will do and you are then through to the correct department, who, I was assured by a nice young lady yesterday, can transfer me to tech support,(I did not go to tech as my query was with a bill).
