Please read the instructions. Where abouts in East London are they? What do they do? Why do you want to contact them? Do they have a website, and if so what is the address? Why do people come on here with no information and expect others to do basic spadework?

My sister made the mistake of ordering a tv from this firm, and despite constantly ringing (and being held on), she is no further forward in getting her money back.

Therefore to save any more on the phone bill, it would be nice to find an alternative number.

They do have a website, but as there is no information on it regarding another number, I couldn't see the point in adding it!

They sell tv's, though it's JUST possible the name of the firm is a bit of a giveaway!!

If we look back at the Teleland website on the Internet Archive it goes back to 2007:

Contact number is given as 0870 140 3151. May still work and is less worse than 0871 @ 10p/min at all times from a BT line.

Looking at Microsoft Virtual Earth, Knightland Road appears to be a residential street. The 192.com People Search reveals undisclosed people on the electoral roll at 15 Knightland Road, as well three undisclosed Director Reports at the same address.

So I suspect that this is just a registered address. Does you sister have any paperwork or emails which give another address?

I have passed on the message to my sister (who was told they can't do a refund until they get the tv back from the delivery people), and that was two weeks ago.

15, Knightland Rd is the registered office for this firm, so that is correct, and I will keep you up to date whatever happens.
