thanks dude, unfortunately its not the number used for booking visa appointments. i tried it just now

Perhaps a little more information, including the full 09 phone number and website where it is mentioned, might help as would any postal addresses to do the same thing ..

hie we managed to book our visa appointment on line after failing to find a cheaper number to phone them on
