But it looks like they've merged.

That's right both CCA Occasions and Fine Impressions have this new address. Both part of the same company.

BT Phone Book gives 0845 450 9409 for CCA Occasions Ltd at the address given in the OP. Unless you're with Virgin Media or Sky Talk, this will be cheaper than the 4p/min 0844 numbers.

Do these companies not have websites and can you not order from them?

Numbers beginning 0844 257 and 0845 450 are allocated to Gamma Telecom. They have one allocation in Preston: 01772 28

Numbers 01772 284000 through to 099 answer in various ways. I think they are odds and ends, ie different companies rather than a block of numbers which belongs all to one customer.

This company does have a website, however we call them quite often with our business and have to pay the premium rate.

We can order via their website, however have to speak to them as well. It gets very expensive!

I have other numbers for them internally i.e 01772 625160  Accounts, however can't get the Customer Services number out of them.

Do you have any other suggestions of finding this information out?

A google search for 'cca 01772' beings up a whole raft of results, with several numbers.

01772 662800 Is the most common, 662900 for fax
01772 663099 for CCA Art and design
01772 662967 ditto, 662987 for fax.

This is correct. Some answer with a voicemail system which gives the extension numbers as 28xx which relates to DDI number 01772 6251xx.

The old main number was 01772 662800, so perhaps the DDI numbers used to be 01772 66 + ext. Anyway, I'm not sure whether that's any help or not as the 08442 570404 and 0845 450 9409 route to 01772 625171. I have added this to the database.

The 08442 570630 number for Fine Impressions currently rings once then drops out. So too do numbers 01772 625172 through to 193, except 186 and 191. You will have to investigate further when they are open to see which of these, if any, this 0844 number routes to.
